A former Big 4 Consultant and UT Austin McCombs Business School graduate, Sheryl has spent the last 20 years working with organizations as an expert in psychometrics, organizational change and talent development. While working closely with many Fortune 500 companies and city government organizations, she provides innovative, state-of-the-art assessment tools combined with the most current and complete performance development skills and strategies. Residing in Coppell, Texas, Sheryl lives with her husband, Savio of 21 years and they are proud parents of three children.
